When you see a child what do you see? I see endless possibilities wrapped in a small package and tied with an adorable bow. Children are our future and without taking care of and investing in that future our world will not and can not go on. Schools are getting better but are limited by what we as parents and tax payers are willing to put in to them. While parents A are not willing to pay the $30 their child needs to go on a field trip to the museum of fine art and that kid subsequently does not get the enrichment that the rest will and is then limited in life; parents B not only paid that $30 but also took their kid back later after the kid enjoyed it–creating wonderful memories and possibly inspiring the next major artist or movie producer.
